Jie Wang

Jie, also Tony, is a final year MS Robotics student at the GRASP Lab, where he has been fortunate to be advised by Prof. Dinesh Jayaraman and Prof. Kostas Daniilidis. His work focuses on vision-language action models, reinforcement learning and evaluation. Last summer, Jie worked at DynaRobotics, delivering high-performance reasoning VLAs models. Jie is passionate about developing generalizable mobile robots for fine-grained manipulation, such as brewing a cup of coffee with an espresso machine at your home.
