Young Shin

Robotics MSE - Submatric

Young is currently senior in Bioengineering and is a submatriculant in the Robotics program at the University of Pennsylvania. In previous years, he has worked in a variety of settings including biomechanical laboratories and industrial complexes. Most recently, he worked as an intern at the Haptics Group in GRASP focusing on fingertip tactile feedback for the da Vinci Surgical System.

Young is leaning heavily towards industry careers and wants to get involved in R&D as well as manufacturing.
