Zach Kelly
Robotics MSE
Zach Kelly is a Robotics MSE candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in
Computer Science and a minor in Linguistics from Swarthmore College (2024). Over the past
year, he was the primary software developer of a medical research device wearable in the form
of glasses.
Zach’s research interests lie in building innovative wearable, aerospace, aquatic, and medical
robotic systems. He is passionate about advancing applications that enhance human
capabilities, whether through augmented-reality devices, assistive technologies, or autonomous
systems in challenging environments.
Outside of his academic and technical work, Zach is an avid skier and a language enthusiast.
He values multidisciplinary thinking, hands-on experimentation, and collaboration across
domains.
