Nicole is from California’s Silicon Valley and started the Robotics Master’s Program as a submatriculant student. She received her B.S. in Bioengineering in May 2020 and her M.S. in Robotics in May 2021 from the University of Pennsylvania.

She is now pursuing a Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she will continue her work in the artificial intelligence field, specifically in topics related to transfer learning.
