K-12 Outreach

The GRASP Lab collaboratively develops programs, provides resources, and participates in events in a wide range of capacities for Philadelphia area schools and national engagement. One of the main goals of these efforts is to increase access to STEM and robotics resources and ultimately raise the achievement of students in our communities through these outreach activities.

*Due to COVID restrictions, many of our usual outreach activities were affect.
** The Philadelphia Science Festival’s Carnival on the Parkway is attended by an estimated 30,000 people of all ages. In 2020, the carnival was postponed due to COVID restrictions.
*** The GRASP Lab participates at the USA Science & Engineering Festival on a biennial basis. In 2020, the festival was postponed due to COVID restrictions.
