Stephen McGill, a rising senior at Penn Engineering and IEEE student
member, presented his public policy research findings in robotics on
Capitol Hill. His 30-minute presentation entitled, “Government
Applications of Robotics: A Treatise on the United States’ Need to
Embrace Robotics,” was part of his experience in the Washington
