I’m currently a third year bachelor’s student studying Computer Science and an accelerated master’s student studying Robotics. My experiences in data mining and using ML for bioinformatics during high school inspired me to explore how AI can revolutionize a variety of different fields, and I started getting experience in robotics during my first year at Penn, studying the implementation and integration of mapping algorithms in autonomous systems. I most recently spent 3 months working on a part of the autonomy stack for Zipline’s fixed-wing drones, improving mid-air collision avoidance by implementing a more accurate aircraft trajectory prediction algorithm. I’m excited to keep learning and working in this field, and I look forward to seeing where it takes me!
