Orestis is a true international from Cyprus, pursuing a Masters in Robotics and a Bachelor in Computer Science at the School of Engineering, as well as a Bachelor in Business Analytics at The Wharton School. Being part of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology, he is passionate about the intersection of tech, entrepreneurship, product, and business. Prior to Penn, Orestis served in the Cypriot army and has worked on early venture development at Atomic VC (venture studio founding and funding startups) and on unlocking product potential at Zello (“Slack” for deskless workers). Outside of academics, Orestis is the President of the AgriBusiness Club, the first of its kind among the Ivy Leagues. He is a passionate traveller and was lucky to spend pandemic days in 10 different covid-free islands including Big Island, Barbados and Bora Bora.
